Important Renewal Information

Online Payments Only: 2022 annual renewal fees must be paid online. Log in to MY APCA. Select Pay Renewal under Orders/Invoices. Quickly and securely pay your annual renewal fee by December 31, 2021 using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or JCB. Inteleos will be listed on your statement.

Mailed payments are no longer accepted. Electronic bill payments are also not accepted as an electronic bill payment is a mailed check from your bank.

To receive your ID card by December 31, 2021: Payment must be received by November 25, 2021 to guarantee delivery of your 2022 ID card by December 31, 2021. If you hold both ARDMS (RDMS®, RDCS®, RVT® or RMSKS™) and APCA (RPVI® or RMSK®) certifications, you will receive two ID cards – one from APCA and one from ARDMS. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your 2022 ID card.

Directory of Certificants: Your employer may access your certification information in the Directory of Certificants here.

Digital Badges: APCA now offers digital versions of awarded certifications. Learn more about the program here.

Retiring? APCA is pleased to offer Retired Status for Registrants who are no longer actively working, practicing, teaching or supervising in the field of ultrasound, but wish to maintain their association with APCA. Retired Status is permanent and does not allow individuals to use any APCA certification designations. Click here to learn more.
